David G. Fouchè
Owner & authorized representative
David and his father began Quality Painting & Repairs in 1990. Their work in residential and commercial painting, repairs, and renovations established the field experience that continues to shape the company.
On April 23, 2002, David established Annointed Construction LLC. The company expanded into general contracting, multifamily renovation, housing rehabilitation, property preservation, and project management.
Today, Annointed connects practical construction knowledge with scope planning, trade coordination, quality checks, and direct client communication.
